reservation fee:5K fixed.conditions will be laid out on the acknowledgement receipt of the reservation fee. such as: 5k reservation fee. pay the balance upon release or pick up date of the puppy being reserved. in case of death of pup full refund. in case of defects or deformities, can be refunded or choose another pup, the 5k deductible. at any case buyer back out for what ever reason, no reservation fee refund. the first among the payor of reservation fee, becomes the first pick and so on forward. lets say, if you reserved for a male, and you are the 2nd who paid reservation fee, you become the 2nd pick on males on the release date.
release date earliest would beJuly 15, 2011(depends on the new owner if they are experienced),will not rehome to unexperiencedbuyers less than 12 weeks old. prices may change in case of deformities, faults and condition; like long hair, shaggy hair, one ball, non showline color(sable, white, black, etc).
sorry cant get a good pose from the pups. they are so HYPER and active that they kept sniffing, running and playing around once they get out from their crib.

If in case you will use the SAME said conditions with minor or NO modifications; please give due credit to our kennel. We are happy to give you the FULL copy and FORMAT in MS WORD or PDF upon request; just send me a PM.)
It is hereby further acknowledged and agreed between the BREEDER and the BUYER the following conditions:
I. That the buyer will pay the balance of the full price of_____________________ pesos; upon release or pick up date of the puppy being reserved as date of release indicated above. Earnest money deposit is deductible from the total price. Upon full payment of the puppy on the release date; FULL ownership of the puppy being reserved is transferred and conferred from the breeder to the buyer.
II. In case of death of the puppy being reserved; before the release date; full earnest money deposit refund will be given to the buyer by the breeder OR option of the buyer to choose from other available puppies. Earnest money deposit is deductible from the total price.
III. On the release date indicated in the preceding article, IF defects or deformities are found, buyer can opt to be refunded of the earnest money deposit or choose another puppy free from defects. Defects and/or deformities in the purpose of this agreement; hereby defined as one or any of the following: a.) Male puppy is monorchid b.) The puppy is long hair c.) The puppy’s coat color does not conform to the showline breed standards of German Shepherd Dog d.) Physical deformities or defects such as DEAF and BLIND full or partial, defect in body or body part structure. E.) umbilical hernia
IV. At any case or reason the buyer back out or cancel the reservation for what ever reason except from the defects and deformities stated in the preceding articles, NO reservation fee refund or the earnest money deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE. On the release date of the puppy and the buyer failed to communicate or showed disinterest to pick up the reserved puppy; the breeder has the first right of option in faith; that the buyer is canceling the reservation. The first among the payor of reservation fee; becomes the first pick and so on forward.
