DESCRIPTION:

This is the DUAL HANDSET VERSION of our Long Range Cordless Phones. It uses a Lithium Ion batery pack, similar to that of a Nokia8210. This gives you longer talk-time and standby time, and a replacement battery can easily be purchased at any cellphone shop. This model is expandable up to 10handsets.

This cordless or wireless phone has been tested to work up to an aerial distance of 45kms. Since these phones use VHF/UHF frequencies, the terrain features, height and location of your antenna will greatly affect the range. Other obstructions such as tall buildings, hills or mountains will also affect the distance covered. If there is a clear line of sight between the aerial antenna and mobile handset, it may work well over 50kms.

Features include: polyphonic tones on both base and handset, intercom features between base and handset (and handset to handset for multiple handset units), time/calendar display on both base and handset, alarm clock on both base and handset, call ID capable/call register (missed, received and dialled calls) on both handset and base, guaranteed to have a clear reception of at least 5km radius
