Use a software that encrypts or scrambles the purchase information you send over the Internet to help guard the security of your information as it is transmitted to a website. If you're sharing a computer with other users (Internet café, schools, offices, etc.) do not store your username and password to that computer.
Check the website's privacy policy.

Choose a secure password to protect account information.
Use a password containing a combination of upper and lower case letters and symbols that no one else will know. Avoid using birthdays and family member’s names.
Keep your personal information private.
Don't disclose your personal information, your address, mobile number, email address, telephone number, bank account number, credit card number or ATM PIN unless you know who's collecting the information, why they're collecting it and how they'll use it.

Learn as much as possible about the product and seller.
Buyers will feel more secure and confident if they are familiar with the sellers or merchants from whom they're transacting. Each BuyandSellPlus member has his/her own profile page to provide information about him/her. Members also learn about a seller from his/her reputation, from previous purchases or transactions through comments and ratings by other members.
Understand the seller's payment, delivery and refund policies.
Look for and ask about what the payment, delivery and refund policies are. Questions to ask include: what are the acceptable modes of payment, available delivery methods, fees or charges applicable, return and refund details and who will shoulder the fees and charges.

We encourage our users to record their transactions by using private message. You can use these records as proof or evidence to verify or confirm facts in cases of fraud or disputes.
Know and trust your instincts.
If an offer sounds too good to be true or highly suspicious, it probably is!
